Incredible Musical with good actors and singers. Lot‘s of funny scences. Watch the film before, then you know the story snd it helps, when you watch the music not in your native language. Children love the musical.

The plot of Roald Dahl's Matilda is slightly changed, but that doesn't make it worse, just slightly different. It is absolutely amazing how well the young actors performed, as well as the adults of course. We visited as tourists and my kids also found it to be the best experience of the whole London trip. However, one might add that for people who only speak English as a foreign language, it is always a little harder to understand children's specific pronunciattion of English. Nonetheless, the child actors are of course the most amazing bit of the show. Honourable mentions are first and foremost "Mrs Trunchbull" and Matilda's parents, who are scripted grotesquely. Well done, all of you, thank you.

Only the wonderful theatre would have been great but this evening with that great show has been better than any comedy I have ever seen. Great story, great actors, fantastic director-what a great evening! Thank god I got a handkerchief-I was laughing constantly!
